The following can be used as a guide to what additional Service Charges may apply.
These rates and examples are indicative only and will vary depending on actual usage. As these services are provided by external parties the rates may also change at any time without notice.
Pro AI Usage Charges
Your Pro AI package has two separate usage areas: SMS usage in AUD and standard platform usage in USD. These are separate billing areas. Any credits do not transfer between them. Unused Credits expire at the end of every month and do not accumulate.
SMS Usage Charges — Separate AUD Billing
SMS is provided through a separate SMS system and is billed in AUD. It is not part of the standard platform usage credit or standard platform wallet billing.
All SMS amounts shown in this section include GST.
Your Pro AI package includes a separate $33.00 AUD monthly SMS credit including GST. This is equivalent to $30.00 AUD ex GST. This credit is applied toward SMS units only. The monthly SMS number charge is billed separately and is not deducted from the monthly SMS credit.
The monthly SMS number charge is $9.00 AUD ex GST / $9.90 AUD including GST and is billed separately. The SMS credit is designed to assist in the general SMS usage of a typical business and is not intended for bulk SMS campaigns. If SMS usage exceeds the monthly SMS credit, further SMS usage is billed separately from the standard platform usage billing.

What is an SMS unit?
An SMS unit is one SMS segment. For standard text messages, one SMS unit is up to 160 characters, including spaces. If the message is longer than 160 characters, it is split into multiple SMS units. Longer standard messages are usually counted in blocks of 153 characters per unit because a small part of each segment is used to join the message back together.
Special characters, emojis, some symbols, smart quotes, or non-English characters can reduce the SMS unit size. In those cases, one SMS unit may be as low as 70 characters, or 67 characters per unit for longer messages.

Pro AI Usage Charges
Pro AI is AU$879.00 per month and includes AI usage as part of the package.
AI usage is not deducted from your monthly platform credit or charged separately to
your account wallet.
Platform Usage Charges
Platform usage is billed in USD. Pro AI includes AI usage; however, other
usage-based platform services remain pay-as-you-go where applicable.
Pro AI includes a $30 USD monthly platform credit. This credit applies
to eligible platform usage items such as phone-system usage, emails, email verification,
call recording, recording storage, transcription if enabled, and premium workflow actions.
AI usage is also shown in the example below so you can see the overall mix of services
being used; however, AI items included in Pro AI do not reduce the
$30 USD monthly platform credit.
The monthly platform credit expires at the end of the month if not used. When the
$30 USD monthly platform credit has been used, further eligible platform usage is
billed pay-as-you-go from the account wallet. Any additional wallet balance does not
expire and remains in the wallet until needed.
Your Wallet
The initial wallet recharge is set at $10. As usage increases to 4 or more recharges
in a month, the recharge amount may be increased to $50, then $100, and then $250
as required for each recharge.
Included $30 USD Monthly Platform Usage Credit Example
The monthly platform credit is shared across eligible usage-based platform services.
The example below shows one possible mix for a business using Voice AI together with
other AI, phone and platform services.
AI items are shown in the example but are marked Included because
they form part of the Pro AI package and do not reduce the monthly platform credit.
Actual chargeable platform usage will vary depending on call volume, call duration,
recording and transcription settings, workflow activity and other platform services used.

This example is provided as an indication only and is not a guaranteed usage
allowance. AI usage shown above is included in Pro AI and does not reduce the
monthly platform credit. Phone-system usage, recordings, transcription, storage,
emails, premium workflow actions and other eligible usage-based services may
reduce the monthly credit and, once the credit has been used, are charged from
the account wallet.
Phone System
Phone-system charges apply to phone calls, including calls handled by Voice AI.
Calls may be billed in full-minute increments, so partial minutes can round up.

We recommend having Call Transcription active during the onboarding
and setup phase so recordings and transcripts can be reviewed and checked. Once setup
is complete and the AI is operating as expected, this feature can be turned off if
transcription is not required, helping to reduce ongoing platform usage.

Platform or service fair-use limits may apply where applicable.

call rounding, whether calls are forwarded, whether transcription is enabled, and
how long recordings are retained. Pricing may also change if platform or third-party
provider costs change. AI usage is included as part of Pro AI and does not reduce
the monthly platform credit or wallet balance. Standard phone-system, carrier,
recording, transcription, storage and other eligible usage-based charges continue
to apply. Any unused portion of the included $30 USD monthly platform
credit expires each month and does not roll over. Usage above the included
monthly credit is charged from the account wallet on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Optional products and separately agreed third-party services are only charged if
enabled or purchased.
