Your onboarding session is where we kick things off and set up the foundation for your DigiSyncro System and Voice AI Employee.

If you have a team member who’ll be managing the system, make sure they join this session. We also recommend that the main contact (you!) stay involved until everything is fully set up.

At this point your DigiSyncro system is generic and needs to be tailored to you and your business.

This requires some work on your part to provide us with information that is specific to your business.

We’ll help you:

  • Connect your DigiSyncro account.

  • Guide you through using the system.

  • Set up your Regulatory Bundle (a government requirement to activate your mobile number for SMS. See Onboarding Prework next for details).

We’ll take care of:

  • Purchasing your landline number (your Voice AI’s main number).

  • Purchasing your mobile number for SMS notifications (after your Regulatory Bundle is approved).
