It is set up collaboratively over the first 4–6 weeks as we:

  • Tailor workflows to suit your business

This ensures the system fits your operation properly, rather than being a generic template.

DigiSyncro is powerful and flexible.

You can:

  • Build additional features yourself using our knowledge base and training

  • Request custom work from our team (quoted separately)

Anything outside the inclusions listed above will be:

  • Self-serve

  • Supported via training and a Knowledge Base

  • Or quoted as additional implementation work

Setup Fee

Each level requires a setup fee.

This fee covers AI Agent setup and configuration, which varies depending on the level selected.

This is not a full system build fee.

Your DigiSyncro AI system is built progressively during your onboarding phase as we work together.

Any automation, feature, workflow, design change, integration, or modification outside the standard inclusions listed above will be quoted separately.

Additional Information

If your website requires custom development, additional forms, advanced integration, or structural changes, this will be quoted separately.

Any required phone system modification, call forwarding, number provisioning, or provider setup is your responsibility through your phone provider.

Your program is user pay as you go. Usage charges are applicable.

These will be charged based on a wallet amount that will be topped up as needed.

This wallet limit will be adjusted to suit your usage to minimise repeat charges.
Some credits may be applied for your initial usage.

All pricing is $AUD, includes GST and will be charged monthly.
