All DigiSyncro plans have a 90-day minimum term on monthly subscriptions. Annual plans have a 12-month minimum term. After your minimum term ends, plans continue on the same billing cycle, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
DigiSyncro includes a monthly USD usage credit with each plan. This credit contributes toward the normal operation of the platform and helps cover activities such as phone calls, SMS messages, AI voice minutes, transcriptions, emails, and other automation actions.
Some features operate on small usage-based costs, which are deducted from the monthly credit. These can include:
Incoming and outgoing phone calls
SMS or MMS messages
AI voice minutes and call transcription
Call recording and storage
Emails and automation actions
Dedicated phone numbers for Voice AI agents
These charges are typically very small (for example, phone calls are generally charged per minute at only a few cents) and are automatically deducted from the included monthly credit.
If platform usage exceeds the included credit, additional usage is billed at the applicable rates.
If DigiSyncro is connected to a third-party system (such as a workshop management system), additional integration tools like SmartSync may be required. Some integrations may also rely on third-party services that have their own subscription or usage fees.
