Complete Your Onboarding Prework (Before your OnBoarding Session)

Your onboarding session is where we kick things off and set up the foundation for your DigiSyncro System and Voice AI Employee.

To ensure this is possible however we need you to get working on some things.

If you have a team member who’ll be managing the system, make sure they join this session and assist you in this prework. We also recommend that the main contact (you!) stay involved until everything is fully set up.

Please note that if you do not action these items we cannot get started setting up your DigiSyncro program.

Your onboarding session is where we kick things off and set up the foundation for your Voice AI Employee.

You should already have booked your onboarding session. If you haven't done that yet, please book it as soon as you can to avoid any delays.

Thank you for booking an onboarding call with our Customer Success team! To ensure a smooth and productive session, please review and prepare the following items before your one-hour call:


💻 Device Recommendation

  • Join with a computer or large form factor device (tablet) as the session involves screen sharing.

✉️ Email Signature

  • Ensure you have your email signature ready, including the location of any images used.

🔐 Login Information

Have your login details handy for the following systems:

  • Quickbooks

  • 💳 Stripe

  • 💼 Authorize.net

  • 🔗 NMI

  • 💰 PayPal (personal or business)

  • 📍 Google My Business (GMB)

  • 📧 Google Workspace

  • 📩 Gmail

  • 📧 Outlook

  • 📘 Facebook

  • 📸 Instagram

  • 🛠️ Facebook Business Manager

  • 📈 Facebook Ads Manager

💡 Pro Tips

  1. Google My Business:

  • Check Google My Business to see if you have an existing profile and what email address is associated with it. Ensure you have access to the GMB profile to use reputation management.

  1. Facebook Advertising Accounts:

  • Check how many Facebook advertising accounts you have. Each has a unique ID. Ensure your Facebook profile has access to these advertising accounts and decide which ad account to use before the call.

  1. Instagram Access:

  • Ensure you can access your Instagram profile through your Facebook profile.

🛠️ Configuration Duplication

Have login details handy for systems where you can copy and paste certain configurations:

  • 📊 ClickFunnels

  • 📬 ActiveCampaign

  • 📧 Mailchimp

🌐 Domain Access and Email Services

For custom personalisation using your existing domain with unique paths for websites, funnels, emails, etc., ensure access to DNS systems like:

  • 🌐 GoDaddy

  • ☁️ Cloudflare

  • 🌐 Namecheap

  • 🛠️ cPanel

Before the call, log in and update the DNS to include a CNAME record (the team will guide you with this on the call if needed) for the value like “go” for the URL flash.funnels.msgsndr.com. This will enable your websites and funnels to be under your brand and domain.

  • Ensure you understand the A2P 10DLC requirements and have everything set up as needed.  (the team will guide you with this on the call if needed)
