Activate your SmartSync (if purchased)

If you decided to purchase SmartSync (if not you can ignore this page), you need to let your Workshop Management System (WMS) know about the integration with DigiSyncro.

Connecting DigiSyncro with your WMS requires we can gather information from the System or a Report using the “SmartSync” add-on.

 

Once this is set up, DigiSyncro will be able to securely access customer details directly from your WMS. This reduces manual data entry, saves your team time, improves accuracy, and supports ongoing automations and follow-up.

Also allowing your AI Agent to access relevant information in real time and answer caller questions more effectively.
